The Haitian International Holdings Ltd. develops, produces and distributes injection molding machines under the brands ‘Haitian’ , 'Zhafir’  and 'Tianjian' and provides to its worldwide customers comprehensive support services.

The Holding was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 22 December 2006 for the first time (WKN A0LGD0, ISIN KYG4232C1087). The total sales of the Holding amounted to CNY 3,694 billion in 2008.

Under the tough business environment, a mild decrease of sales by 3.4% to RMB3,694.4 million. 
On 25 March 2008 a dividend pay out HKD 0.10 for the Haitian investors has been decided by the board. On 25 August 2008 a dividend pay out HKD 0.065 for the Haitian investors has been decided by the board.The Board proposed a final dividend of HKD 0.03  per share.
